Classes Offered & Tuition Rates
PELC offers a variety of programs to introduce the youngest of learners to school. We believe school should be fun, while learning and developing those beginning basic skills: social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual. In order to ensure that our two, three & four year old programs provide a quality educational experience, we offer a curriculum that is age appropriate, creative, fun, and challenging while we incorporate different themes each month. Our low ratios ensure that your child's developmental needs are met. By the time your child leaves PELC, your child will be ready for kindergarten!
2 Year Program
Our two year program has a 1 to 4 teacher-student ratio. We focus on socialization while introducing students to learning their name, colors, shapes, numbers, & letters.
1 Class: max 12 students
BLUE ROOM
2 Days: T/Th 9:00-11:30 @ $305/month
Children must be 2 years old by September 1st and will work towards being potty trained for when child turns 3.

3 Year Program
Our three year old program has a 1 to 7.5 teacher-student ratio. We will delve deeper into socialization, learning names, letter, number, color, and shape recognition while also introducing fine motor skills.
3 Classes: max 15 students each
RED ROOM/GREEN ROOM
1) 2 Days: T/Th 9-12 @ $285/month
BLUE ROOM
2) 3 Days: MWF 9-1 @ $450/month
Children must be 3 years old by September 1st. Please work on having your child potty trained.

4 Year Program
Our four year old program has a 1 to 9 teacher-student ratio. We continue to challenge students as they prepare for kindergarten.
2 Classes: max 18 students each
RED ROOM/GREEN ROOM
1) 3 Days: MWF 9-1 @ $450/month
Children must be 4 years old by September 1st and must be fully potty trained unless there is a medical condition.

The Maryland State Department of Education also provides financial aid to families who are eligible.
