What is Needed for Enrollment

PELC is using Brightwheel for all registration and payments.

In cases when enrollment space is unavailable, children will be placed on a waiting list. Enrollment will then take place as space becomes available.
REGISTRATION FEE (Non Refundable)

Early Bird Special: Register by March 15th- $100.

After March 15th- $150.
-
PELC will pay for bank processing fees if you set up your account with your bank for payment.

There is a credit card processing fee of 2.45% to the payer if you choose to pay by credit card.
TUITION DEPOSIT (Non Refundable)

Deposit is one month's tuition which will be applied to May 2027.

Tuition Deposit is due by May 1st.
FORMS NEEDED

Completed Registration and Emergency forms, along with the registration fee must be submitted to secure your spot.

Health forms (Health Inventory, Immunizations, and Blood Lead Test) are also due by May 1st for students who have birthdays between Sept 2nd - April 30th.

For students who have birthdays between May 1st and Sept 1st, please turn in the medical forms after your child's next wellness appointment.

If your child requires emergency medication (i.e. epi-pen or inhaler), your child must have the proper medication forms (action plans with medication administration) and the medication before being allowed to attend PELC. No child who requires emergency medication may be admitted to PELC without this.

ALL MEDICAL FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN PRIOR TO YOUR CHILD'S FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
For Students with Medical Conditions
If your child has a medical condition, additional forms are needed and must completed by your child's doctor prior to their first day of school. Please contact the Director to find out which forms are required.
